Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns.
Food waste accounts for about 12% of the total waste generated in Singapore.
The total amount of food waste generated in Singapore for year 2022 was 813,000 tonnes.
We are committed to reduce & prevent food waste during food production operation.

What is our action plans?
Paperless Business Practices: E-invoicing for customers.
Reducing Carbon Emissions: Delivery using Singapore Rail Public Transport network. We achieved 7/10 orders delivered via MRT with generation of carbon footprint of 13.2g per kilometre.
Ingredients Sourcing: At least 50% baking ingredients (flour & egg) are sourcing from ASEAN region.
Plastic Usage: Reducing plastic packaging by 30% from year 2023 Q1.
Alternative Packaging: Customer are encouraged to use glass container for cookies order.
Greener Singapore: 100% waste segregation for kitchen operation.
